As our fabulous Patient Care Coordinator, she’s the one who keeps everything running smoothly from booking your appointments to answering your questions and making sure every visit feels like a mini self-care retreat.
Ausenette is truly passionate about the world of aesthetics and absolutely loves being part of our clients’ anti-aging journeys. With her deep knowledge of the cosmetic treatments we offer, she’s always ready to help guide you and support our providers in achieving beautiful, natural-looking results.

With over five years of experience in aesthetics and the past two dedicated to medical aesthetics, Kasie brings a results-driven and ethical approach to skincare. She is passionate about helping patients achieve real, noticeable improvements and is committed to providing honest, effective care, no fluff, no nonsense.
Known for her direct yet compassionate style, Kasie creates a welcoming environment where patients feel both informed and at ease. She believes that achieving great skin shouldn’t be intimidating and that a little laughter can be part of the process.
BSN, RN / Owner
Shanon Minns-Coulter, BSN, RN, has been a Registered Nurse for 28 years, with the last 16 devoted to the art and science of aesthetic medicine. As one of the first non-physician aesthetic providers in the region, she built her expertise on a 14-year foundation in plastic surgery and dermatology-experience that shaped her meticulous, safety-first approach and her eye for balanced, natural results. Since 2019, she has proudly served as a national trainer for Allergan Medical Institute, sharing her expertise in advanced injectable techniques and facial balancing with providers nationwide. She’s also among the most experienced providers in advanced laser technology, particularly Sciton systems, giving her the ability to deliver transformative skin results with both precision and safety.
As the co-owner of Beyond Aesthetics, Shanon believes every treatment should feel personal-enhancing your natural beauty while always prioritizing safety, balance, and results that last. She takes time to truly understand each client’s goals, creating thoughtful, customized plans that address skin health, facial harmony, and overall wellness.
Shanon is mom to three incredible kids and proudly answers to “Gigi” thanks to one adorable grandson. She’s also a devoted Frenchie mom to two spoiled pups. When she’s not in the clinic, you’ll find her on a plane, in the gym, or chasing a little peace and quiet-whichever comes first.
